instructions:
- blend egg yolks and condensed milk. add key lime juice to taste.
- pour into baked pie shell or graham-cracker crust.
- in a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. add 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 Tbs. sugar. blend well and pour over pie filling.
- bake in oven at 400 degrees until meringue is lightly browned. chill and serve cold.
